This is a fun and simple meal idea that your tiddlers will love. They’ll enjoy eating off the kebab sticks and you can exchange salmon for chicken or courgette for pepper, just whatever you think they’ll enjoy.
You can even get older tiddlers involved in making these which will make them more enthusiastic about eating their handiwork! For my little tiddler I took the veg and meat off before serving as the sharp kebab stick could be hazardous.
- Cut the salmon into cubes and the courgette into chunks.
- Dip them into either soy sauce or sweet chilli sauce (optional) before pushing them onto kebab sticks.
- Roast in a preheated oven on medium heat for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked (longer for chicken).
- Serve with noodles, rice or cous cous.
